Today we are going to talk about cats.There are many breeds of cats.There are seventy different breeds of cats.

Cats are fairly easy to take care of.They depend totally on their care to come from humans.Food,fresh water,and a clean litter box.Who wants to use a dirty toilet?They will not drink dirty water either,They actually are very clean animals.

They really are very smart animals.They are are naturally very curious animals.They love to explore boxes,baskets,and even cabinets.

They are very loveable animals.They loved to be loved and petted.They are very proud animals.Some are mousers and will catch mice,and some just wait for the hand out you give them.If it is an outside cat and hs kills something,he wants you to see it.He will bring it and lay his trophy on the porch.If he is an inside cat he will bring it to you,

They are very playful.They will play for hours with apiece of paper wadded up.They will also pay with a ball or laser light.

There are many many kinds of cats.Some are long haired,some are short.Some are social,some are finicky.

Our cat is (20) years.His name is CRICKET.Most cats don’t live  that long.The oldest recorded age of a cat is 31.Cricket is from memphis,so we call him our reincarnated Elvis.

Cats can either be sociable or quirky.Cricket was very quirky in his younger years,but as he has gotten older he has become more social.

Cats have that one special person they have unconditional love for.For Cricket,that person is my husband.For many years they were home alone,because I worked nights.

Cricket would sleep right under my husband arm,and still does to this day.He rubs his forehead against his.He takes his paw and lays it on his arm or paws it.

He has really been good company for my husband.Not only for my husband,but for anyone that is alone,they are very good company .How would you like to read every thing from A-Z about them.You can,

Beautiful Words

Most of you know I teach the little children in Sunday school.Sunday,we talked about being thankful each day,not just at Thanksgiving.They each told me what they were thankful for.I ask them if they knew one thing I was thankful for?One little girl promply answered”us””How did you know that I asked”Her answer was,’because you love us”IThat really touched my heart.I told her she was exactly right,and I was glad they knew I loved them because I wasn’t always sure they knew I loved them.To me those words were beautiful.I am very touched when they come and give me hugs.Sometimes I get weep,because it touches my heart.

FLOWERS

To me all flowers are beautiful.I love them,any and all,with their many,many rainbow of colors.
I only know the name of a few.I should know the name of a lot,but I don’t.
Two of my favorites are yellow bush that is the first to bloom in spring,aka Sally Bush and pansies
I have a black thumb.I can’t grow flowers.They die.
I planted the yellow bush,later to be called “Sally Bush”I don’t know how many times and they would all promptly die.”All you have to do is stick them in the ground”,people said.Not with me,I stuck them in the ground and they promptly died.I had a friend who brought me some twigs to plant.She said “this one will not die.Do you know why?”Of coarse I didn’t know why.She told me she had blessed it and it would grow,and it has.The yellow bush ,now called Sally Bush,bloomed when none other ever had It has bloomed bright yellow for three years.
When my daughter was in the hospital,the flowers they had
planted outside were pansies.With their bright face of yellow and black,appeared to be smiling.When I saw them I decided I would buy me some ready to plant,instead of growing them.
That is what I did.I bought them and we planted them today.I can walk out there each day and see their smiling face and they will make me happy.
